Lemon Marmalade with ‘Malvarosa’ Leaves

3.00

Traditional lemon marmalade with chopped leaves of Pelargonium graveolens (i.e. ‘malvarosa’).

In Sicily we used to put a ‘malvarosa’ leaf on marmalades before sealing the jar because of its antiseptic properties. We propose you a new recipe with chopped ‘malvarosa’ leaves with citrus.

All our citrus and ‘malvarosa’ leaves are untreated and they’re cultivated in our nursery garden.

Ingredients: lemons, Pelargonium graveolens leaves, cane sugar, lemon juice and pectin.
