Terms of sale
Mail orders are delivered by courier and with advance payment by bank transfer or credit card.
The accepted cards are Visa/Postepay, MasterCard, PayPal prepaid card, Postepay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura.
All prices in the catalogue are inclusive of VAT.
The shipping costs for Italy are fixed and equal to € 13.00. For all other states, the system will automatically calculate the expenses.
Shipments are suspended during the Christmas holidays.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLANTS
Our plants are grown in pots with a diameter ranging from 12 to 21 cm.
Some of our jasmines are available in two sizes: small pots (1.5 litres) or large pots (4 litres). The difference between the two sizes lies in the age of the plant, not the canopy. As detailed below, we reserve the right to lightly prune plants to reduce the possibility of breakage in transit. For this reason, even plants in large pots have small dimensions.
SELECTION AND TREATMENT OF PLANTS TO BE SHIPPED
Plant’s canopy can be partially reduced to prevent damage during shipment. However, our plants are provided with safe packaging.
We choose plants that have already flowered or are in bud.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We are not always able to ensure all plants’ availability. So we reserve the right to substitute an unavailable plant with a similar one.
You can indicate your preferences in the order form by adding a note.
TELEPHONE NUMBER
It is always important to enter a telephone number (possibly mobile) in the order form, both for any communications from our company and to facilitate the work of the courier in charge of the delivery.
INVOICE
Please, request the invoice at the time of the order with the exact indication in the notes of the tax data of the VAT number and tax code. Invoices cannot be requested later.
SHIPPING TIMES
We sent mail orders on the first days of each week.
The transport takes 2 or 3 days in Italy and a week abroad.
WHAT TO DO ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PLANTS
The plants you receive had a long trip enclosed in a cardboard box.
When you receive your order, take the plants out of the box as soon as possible. For the planting, do not damage the earthenware.
