MAIL-ORDER SALES INFORMATION

Mail-order sales are processed via courier delivery and require payment in advance by bank transfer or credit card. The accepted cards include Visa/Postepay, MasterCard, PayPal prepaid card, Discover, American Express, and Carta Aura.
All prices in the catalog include VAT.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for Italy are fixed at €13.00. For all other countries, shipping costs will be automatically calculated by the system.
Please note that no shipments will be made during the Christmas holiday period.

PLANT CHARACTERISTICS

Our plants are grown in pots that range from 12 to 21 cm in diameter. Some jasmines can be purchased in small pots (1.5 liters) or large pots (4 liters). The difference between these sizes is based on the age of the plant rather than the foliage. We reserve the right to prune the plants slightly to reduce the risk of breakage during transport; therefore, even plants in large pots may be smaller than expected.

SELECTION AND TREATMENT OF PLANTS FOR SHIPPING

To prevent damage during shipping, the foliage of the plants may be partially reduced. However, with proper packaging, the plants will not be harmed. We prefer to select plants that are already in bloom or in bud.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Please note that the nursery may not always have all the varieties listed in the catalog available. If a requested variety is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar one. You can indicate any preferences or alternatives in the notes section of the order form.

TELEPHONE NUMBER

It is essential to include a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) on the order form. This is important for communications from our company and to assist the courier responsible for delivery.

INVOICE INFORMATION

Invoices must be requested at the time of ordering, including the exact VAT number and tax code in the notes. If an invoice is not requested during the order, it cannot be requested later.

SHIPPING TIMES

Goods are shipped at the beginning of each week. Orders are typically processed within one to two weeks. If not all requested plants are available, we will contact the customer to discuss possible replacements or postponements. Transport usually takes 2 to 3 days.

PLANT CARE UPON ARRIVAL

Once you receive the plants, they will have been in transit for several days, enclosed in a cardboard box. It is best to remove them from the box as soon as possible. Please take care not to damage the soil, and you may plant them immediately.
