Shipping times
Orders are dispatched during the first days of each week to avoid transport delays over the weekend. Customers will receive a tracking code via email to monitor the shipment as soon as it becomes available.
We cannot be held responsible if an order fails to arrive at its destination or is delivered with a severe delay (compromising the condition of the plants) under the following circumstances: the courier reports that the recipient was absent, or delivery fails due to incomplete data or an incorrect address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
Please also note that the courier DOES NOT provide delivery under non-standard conditions, such as delivery to specific floors, inside private properties, or to locations that cannot be reached by their vehicle.
Italy - Flat Rate
Shipping costs for the whole of Italy are fixed at a flat rate of €13.00. The package will arrive at its destination within two working days of dispatch.
Europe (EU)
For all other European Union member states, the system will automatically calculate the fees as soon as the delivery address is entered. The order will arrive at its destination in approximately one week, depending on the recipient’s location.
Shipping not available for the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
