Wildflower Honey Timpa d’Aci – Sicilian Black Bee

Wildflower honey made by Sicilian black bees.

This honey is made in the nature reserve of the Timpa in Acireale. The Timpa includes a rocky escarpment above the Ionian Sea. In summer and spring, there’s a great variety of flowers whose colors stand out on the lava ridge.
