Native to Southern Africa, this dense evergreen shrub is a versatile variety for any sunny garden. It features neat, dark green foliage reminiscent of Myrtle, which remains thick and attractive throughout the year. The plant is celebrated for its large, starry flowers, each composed of six to twelve narrow, perfectly formed lobes. Before opening, the buds display a delicate pinkish hue, creating a beautiful contrast against the dark leaves. While it maintains a naturally rounded habit, it can occasionally produce long, twining stems that allow it to be trained as a climber. Highly fragrant and elegantly structured, it is an exceptional choice for those seeking both beauty and a powerful scent.
