Scandent Shrub

FLOWERING PERIOD
May to October

Native to India, Jasminum sambac is one of the most celebrated jasmines in the world, famously known as “Arabian Jasmine”. This evergreen, scandent shrub is legendary for its powerful and captivating fragrance, traditionally used for tea infusion and as sacred offerings. It features large, glossy dark green leaves that offer a deep contrast to its exquisite blooms. The flowers are large and pure white, with thick, waxy petals that release an intense scent, especially in the evening. While it has a somewhat informal and rambling habit, it is a vigorous grower; in warmer Mediterranean climates, it can reach impressive heights, gracefully scrambling over supports or through other shrubs.

Pianta giunta in pochissimo tempo dall’ordine, sanissima e perfettamente imballata e protetta, arrivata in condizioni ottime. Fiorisce in continuazione, profumo meraviglioso.
